Introducing Limitless Awards and Streaks

By Mozzle

Awards have been around for a little while at Limitless (so have streaks!), but we never properly announced them here.

We've also worked backwards through the data we have, so you can browse winners going back to around 2022.

So, what are the awards?

🎧 DJ of the Month

For the DJ who's been bringing the strongest sets across the month.

Score = updubs - downdubs + (grabs x 2)

🎶 Most Unique Tracks

For keeping things fresh and bringing plenty of variety to the room.

❤️ Most Loved Play

We take each DJ's best-scoring play of the month, then rank those plays against each other using the same scoring formula as DJ of the Month.

📥 Most Grabbed Play

Each DJ's most-grabbed play goes up against everyone else's best.

👍 Most Upvoted Play

The same idea, but ranked by the number of updubs received.

🔥 Streak King

For the longest consecutive-day join streak in the Limitless room. This one is an all-time title, so it can change whenever someone sets a new record.

💬 Chatterbox of the Month

Pretty simple: whoever sent the most chat messages in the Limitless room that month!

Places and ties

Each award has 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

For play awards, each DJ can only have one qualifying play on the podium. Up to 3 people can share a place. If more than 3 people tie, that place and the places below it aren't awarded.

There are monthly, yearly, and all-time awards. You can see the live standings and look through previous winners here:

🔥 What about streaks?

Streaks reward showing up regularly to the Limitless room.

Your first visit starts a streak. Come back roughly once a day (there's a wee bit of grace), to add another day. Leaving it too long resets your current streak. Your best streak is always saved.

Type !streak in the room to see your current streak, your personal best, and when you can extend it again.

The longest personal best holds the Streak King title. This is an all-time award, so it can change whenever someone sets a new record.
